Return Policy

The Return Policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights, including the consumer guarantees which are imposed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.


Change of Mind

The Return Policy does not apply to the "Change of Mind" situation. The "Change of Mind" includes any changes of different products, styles, colours, sizes and quantity etc.

Please make sure you understand the products, i.e. sizes, colours, quantity etc, before you place an order.  


Clearance, Display Models or Sale Products

The Return Policy does not apply to any clearance or sale products which were sold at the clearance or sale price. Products labeled/tagged as clearance or sale products are no returnable.



The Return Policy does not apply to any services including products involved with the services, i.e. stringing, regrip and knock-in etc. The cost of services includes time, labour and product costs. 


Delivery Costs

Unfortunately we would not cover the return costs.The return value is the sold value deduct the delivery cost, discount and all other costs incurred by the product sale.

To exchange products, we may charge a re-delivery fee for the exchange. 


Faulty Products

We will exchange for any faulty product that comes with manufacturer's fault. Please follow the "Return Process" on the bottom of this page.
