The Return Policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights, including the consumer guarantees which are imposed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
We need to make sure that you are 100% happy with our products. You may return the products with 7 days after the purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and you may return and exchange products.
The returned product must be unused and complete (with original package, label tag) in a resellable condition, provided the original receipt as a proof of purchase.
The Return Policy does not cover any clearance product which were sold at the clearance price.
Unfortunately we would not cover the return costs. We may charge a re-delivery fee for the exchange.
We will make a refund or exchange for any product with manufacturer's faulty. Please follow the "Return Process" on the bottom of this page.
We could exchange products depends on the availability of the products (i.e. colours, styles or sizes etc). Alternatively we may offer an exchange with the in-store credits or Gift Card.
There is no "Change of Mind" refund policy. The refund policy only applies where return/exchange is not applicable.
Once we have received and assessed the returned product under the Return Policy. We will start the refund process. Usually it takes 2-3 working days to complete.
