New Zealand Rates

We strive hard to keep the delivery cost as low as possible and keep the best delivery standard at the same time. We choose the NZ Best Courier Service - Courier Post as our delivery provider.

Products weight under 49kg:

  • Standard Delivery Auckland (Non-Rural) - $5 Fee
  • Standard Delivery Auckland (Rural) - $10 Fee
  • Standard Delivery North Island (Non-Rural) - $7 Fee
  • Standard Delivery South Island (Non-Rural) - $10 Fee
  • Rural Delivery - $15 Fee
  • Non-Rural Delivery when Order over $100 - $0 Fee
  • Rural Delivery when Order Over $100 - $5 Fee
  • Anywhere Non-Rural and Rural Delivery when Order Over $200 - $0 Fee
  • Above rates do not apply to products which are over 49kg

Products weight over 50kg:

  • Please check special delivery options of heavy products.


International Rates

  • If you would like to make orders to the other side of the planet, please email us before the order as international shipping varies. 


Pre-assembled Equipments

  • All pre-assembled equipments are only available to be collected in Auckland Shop, ie Display Models of Fitness Equipments and pre-assembled heavy weight items etc.


Redelivery Charge

We charge a redelivery fee for exchanging items. 

  • Non-Rural Redelivery - $10
  • Rural Redelivery - $15


Shipping Payment

Please choose the correct shipping option accordingly. Otherwise we would not be able to send the order. 


Delivery Times

Our daily delivery time is between 10:00am-2:00pm from Monday to Friday except New Zealand Public Holidays. Most of our deliveries only take 2-3 working days. Please allow some extra time for deliveries to South Island and Rural area.​ Please expect Pre-Orders and Backorders to be taken upto 2-5 weeks.

However it is your responsibility to provide correct delivery address and contact information when you place the order. You are responsible to track the parcel, make sure someone's at the delivery address or even re-schedule the delivery with Courier Post.
